High NET Rental Returns*
Purchasers at Hurst House can choose the security of high NET rental return options which go as far as 15 years post-purchase. The options of rate of return include 12.5% for purchasers from years 1 - 10, this then increases to 15% fixed annual returns from years 11 - 15. If a purchaser wishes to use the property each year at Hurst House then they could take fixed returns of 10% each year in conjunction with up to 10 days usage. Customers can also sell their property on the open market, typically for far greater capital returns.
Assured Buyback Option
